First, it can help you fall asleep better even if you just are in nature for just 30 minutes a day. Being in green places in nature can help with many things including helping you sleep. Scientists have done reasearch to show it too. So if you can't fall asleep great, spend some time in nature.

Nature can also help you heal better and avoid mental problems. Studies have shown that many patients at a hospital healed better and faster than the ones inside when they went outside. It also helps with stress and anxiety problems. So, try to outside to focus better and not be so stressed all the time. Being outside can help you avoid schizophrenia and other mental problems. If you aren't feeling well or got hurt, go take a hike.

Last but not least, being in nature can help you be more creative. Scientists made a dude live in nature for three days, and when he came out he was much more creative than when he first started. It also made him more adventurous.
